Refund, Cancellation, and Rebooking Policy

To ensure the efficient management of our accommodations and event venues, please review the following payment, cancellation, refund, and rebooking policies before confirming your reservation.

Reservation Fees

To secure your reservation, the following non-refundable reservation fees are required:

  • ₱2,000/event for Function and/or Lagoon Event Area reservations
  • ₱500/room for Room and Cabana reservations
  • ₱500/cabana for Cabana reservations

These reservation fees are credited toward your final bill. However, they are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Payment and Schedule

For Room and Cabana bookings, the following payment schedule applies:

  • ₱500/room non-refundable reservation fee per room or cabana is required
  • Remaining balance must be paid upon check-in

For Function and Event Area bookings, the following payment schedule applies:

  • 70% down payment is required within seven (7) days after signing the reservation contract.
  • The remaining 30% balance must be paid on or before the scheduled event date.
  • Any additional charges incurred during the event must be settled in cash immediately after the event.

All published rates are subject to 12% Value-Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

For Function and Event Area reservations:

  • Written notice must be received at least seven (7) days before the scheduled event.Reservation fees remain non-refundable.
  • 50% cancellation surcharge shall apply to cancellations made within two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Rebooking and Postponement

For Room and Cabana:

  • Rebooking is subject to room or cabana availability.
  • One (1) time allowable rebooking, provided the request is made at least one (1) month before the scheduled stay.



For Function and Event Area:

Postponement or Rebooking requests must be submitted in writing. Guests may request to postpone their event subject to the following conditions:

  • Rebooking is subject to venue availability.
  • One (1) time allowable rebooking, provided the request is made at least one (1) month before the scheduled event.
  • If the new event date is more than three (3) months from the original booking date:
    • Event rates will be recalculated
    • Any promotional rates or discounts previously granted will be void.
    • New or updated Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  • Any approved changes to the reservation shall be documented through an addendum to the original contract, which must be signed by both parties.

Refund Policy

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for other payments, if applicable, shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms of the reservation agreement and applicable laws. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever practicable and may be subject to processing times imposed by the payment provider or financial institution.
