By accessing this Website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

GTNA Recreational and Events Center (“GTNA REC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides accommodations, event facilities, recreational amenities, and related hospitality services located in Tayud, Liloan, Cebu, Philippines.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to make reservations.
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
- You have the authority to complete bookings and payment transactions.

3. Reservations

Reservations may be made through:

- Email
- Telephone/Mobile
- Walk-in reservations
- Authorized booking partners (if applicable)

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

- Required information has been submitted;
- Payment or required deposit has been received of Php 500;
- A booking confirmation has been issued by GTNA Recreational and Events Center.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

4. Rates and Availability

All published room rates, event packages, and facility fees are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and other government-imposed fees unless otherwise stated.
GTNA-REC reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Payments

Payments may be made through approved payment methods available on our Website.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the processing of your transaction through our secure third-party payment providers.

GTNA REC does not intentionally store complete payment card information.

Payment confirmation does not automatically guarantee a reservation until the booking has been verified and confirmed.

6. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation, modification, refund, and rescheduling requests are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation or promotional package.

Certain promotional rates and special offers may be non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible and may require processing time depending on the payment provider.

7. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification upon check-in.

Standard check-in and check-out times are subject to the property’s operating policies.

Standard Check-In: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 12:00 noon

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

- Respect hotel rules and regulations.
- Treat facilities and equipment responsibly.
- Avoid activities that disturb other guests.
- Comply with safety and security instructions.
- Be responsible for any damage caused through negligence or misuse.

9. Use of Recreational Facilities

Guests using swimming pools and recreational facilities do so at their own risk.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Guests are expected to comply with all posted safety rules and instructions provided by facility personnel.

GTNA-REC reserves the right to temporarily close facilities for maintenance, weather conditions, safety reasons, or special events without prior notice.

10. Function and Event Bookings

Reservations for function rooms and event venues may require:

- A signed agreement
- Reservation deposit
- Final guest count
- Payment according to the agreed schedule

Additional charges may apply for extended use, overtime, additional equipment, decorations, or special service requests.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Interfere with the operation of the Website.
